The carpets look clean and smell good.... That being said the pet stains in the lower level are starting to surface again and I'm not sure there is anything you can do about it because it just may need to be replaced. I used another service before you and there may be residue from that and also the fact that the urine is in the pad. The carpet is white, do you know of anything I could spray on it to bleach out the stains? That being said, the men who did our carpets are top notch and I have referred your service to many, Laurie Wagman referred you to me, she lives in Verona and speaks highly of you.
