Got stains out that I thought were not possible to remove
Great service, good results.
I was a little disappointed in some stains that didn't come out. I had a very black spot in my bedroom. It can out beautifully but as carpet dried, the blackish marks around it came back. I could be wrong but I thought it was all a stain with black mark biggest part of stain. I also think I had unrealistic expectations. Am satisfied for the most part.

The morning of the cleaning was the same morning we got the keys to our new house. When we stepped inside, before the cleaning, I was near tears because of the shape the carpets were in, a total disatser from the month prior when we put the offer on the house. Jose came in and had our carpets looking like new. I am always a skeptic about advertising, but I am absolutely drinking the koolaid.. and if I spill any, I know who to call! Thank you so much for making our house feel like a home--and thanks to 105.5 for advertising a company that absolutely lives up to hype!
The technician who came to my house was quite knowledgeable and helpful as we walked through several rooms and talked about what could be done with a badly stained carpet. I have light-colored carpet in my entrance (don't ask me why), and he had no problem wearing booties over his shoes. I'm very satisfied. I will be in touch with you again when I need your services.

Our technician Aaron (I believe) did an AMAZING job! He removed stains we thought were never going to go.
I like that Zerorez doesn't use anything other than empowered water to clean. The results are fantanstic! My carpet smells great and looks good, even though it is quite old. And, it dries so quickly. Aaron does a great job. He is professional and efficient. The whole process is quick and smooth.
They did an excellent job. I would have given a 10 but the cost was a bit high. Second....the carpet stayed moist longer than expected. Thursday to Saturday to fully dry.
