I am continually impressed by the cleaning that is done. The carpets look great and they aren't wet like other companies; and they aren't stiff when they dry. We had a problem spot that they came back to 3 times to make sure that it was completely out. Branden and his crew were determined to do a great job and they did! The carpet cleaning that was done made the carpet look like new. We had used rug doctors and other companies before but never had the results we received from Zerorez.The drying time is twice as fast as normal and the time need to clean our are area was done in half the time. Definitely a great product and service for the price paid.

I appreciated that the stains on my couch were gone after they were cleaned. The stains in the bedroom carpet are better but still there, not sure how long they have been there.

Respected our home with extra care not to damage flooring, walls, etc. in getting to the room to be cleaned. Loved the process that used no detergent. No chemical or odor. Opted to have the protectant applied. Good job. Refreshing to find a company and staff that gives great customer sevice!

green carpet cleaning. I like not having all those chemicals poured onto my carpets and the resulting odors for weeks afterwards. The serviceman was very courteous and completed the job in less time than I thought it would take.
