This is the second time I have used your service and I am just as impressed this time as the first time. The two gentlemen that completed the work were very professional and courteous and I'm sorry I don't remember their names as I had a long week at work. My husband even commented how nice the carpets look. Both times you were ahead of schedule and that is great. I don't think I have ever had any this happen with any other deliveries/services.

In addition to the carpets we had 2 recliners cleaned. An excellent job was done on all surfaces. There was no perfumey odor during or after the cleaning. Pricing was very reasonable. The technician was professional, explained what he would doing and answered all our questions. Our biggest challenges was getting old residue out that was left behind by trying to clean carpet ourselves with rental units. It was so bad my vacuum would not push easily across the carpet. Zerorez got out the residue and my vacuum pushes like it did when the carpet was brand new. Thank you Zerorez and thank you Vicki McKenna for recommending Zerorez!

I have already given out your name to two people. We have older carpeting with some stains, but the guy worked as hard as he could and did a good job on the carpeting. It looked very nice now. We put down the protect guard on carpeting so hope it will help and make it look nice longer.
