In the past they were able to clean the carpets in this building. This time the carpet was too far gone to save. They did try and I am sure tried hard but it could not be saved. They have saved carpets in the same building in the past that looked like they were beyond hope. Zerorez is a top notch outfit and I will always use them and recommend them to everybody.

The stain removal process was amazing. I had several major stains and the tech took his time and was able to remove the majority of the stains.

That it's chemical free and that someone came back out when we said we weren't fully satisfied.

Gentleman was knowledgeable, and gave me a number of options with bids associated with each. I appreciated the information and was able to make an informed decision. The only downside was we seemed to not quite get all of a pet smell out, but your folks are coming out within the week to address it again at no cost to me. I very much appreciate your professionalism and promptness!

I like how friendly the staff is. The staff that come to clean are respectful and take care to make sure surfaces and doors aren't damaged. The carpets always come out looking and feeling great!

Making the appointment was incredibly easy. You staff are absolutely some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have met. Tim was at my house right in time. He inspected the job area, explained what he would do and got to work. He was done on an hour and a half, and the carpet looked amazing. He was able to get out some spots I thought would never come out. Definitely recommending Zerorez to everyone.
