Great service. Carpets to a lot longer to dry than your estimate but that's ok they look great.

I like the products a great deal. I was taken aback by the fella that came to my condo. He was stressed about being able to even be able to clean my carpets and told me he wasn't sure he could clean my carpets because of the layout. All I could say is "What" . There are carpet cleaners that come around the back and come up over the railing all the time. He didn't want to do that. As I said, he was stressed and he stressed me out. I told him that and he appreciated that I told him. This was after the work had been completed. The other fella came to help because it was made clear to him that the cleaner needed assistance for a difficult job.

This is not a difficult job. It all worked out fine. I do like the finished product. Thank you.

Zerorez was very courteous and kept us informed as to what they would be doing and when they would be doing it. When they were done the carpet was nice and clean without any chemical odors.

The gentleman that cleaned the carpet had NOT been advised by Sam that we were required to have a receipt for the landlord because we had moved out. With added phone calls on my part I finally did receive that from Sam. She may need a little attitude adjustment.

That being said, we are very pleased with the job he did cleaning the carpet and will continue using Zerorez in the future. We have three different apartments and plan to use your firm for all of them. This isn't the first time we have used your services, and continue to be pleased with the carpet cleaning. Thank you.
