Carpet cleaners were prompt and called before their arrival. They were willing to move a few pieces of furniture. Carpet was cleaned well and the stairs were treated with a protective coat. The 2 young men were courteous and respectful of our furniture. They wore shoe covers.

Carpet cleaning was very thorough and efficient. The person who did the cleaning was most helpful and explained things as he went along. The cleaning itself was done quickly and he gave me ideas about how to keep things until the carpets dried.

It was quick, easy and didn't leave any odor. It also dried quickly and left us with a VERY clean carpet. Almost looks like new (even though it is at least 20 years old).

The two guys who came to clean the carpets were nice, polite and presented themselves well. The explained what they were going to do, asked about the stains that needed extra attention, worked quickly and finished up the billing process in short order. I surprised how quickly they were done. The carpets look as good as they're going to look for their age and wear they've had.
