The appointment scheduling, customer service and overall quality of work were top notch. We arranged everything to be done while we were out of town and it went smoothly. We did have a couple of deep, sick dog stains on white carpet that did not come out all the way. They did improve quite a bit and not sure if it is humanly possible to get them 100% clean but that's the only reason it isn't a 10.

This is our second time using Zerorez and won't be our last. We had exceptional service, Jose was very accommodating and listened to our concerns. He worked quickly and gave us great advice for maintaining clean carpets and preventing stains. Price was very reasonable as well. Kevin was awesome. He arrived early, explained his process in detail and did a wonderful job. In areas where most would cut corners he slowed down and paid attention to detail. After the job was complete he answered all my questions without running off to the next job. He made me feel like I was his most important client.

I think the prices (and specials) are very fair. The customer service was very good both over the phone and with the technician. I’m grateful for the non toxic “green” approach. My carpets look great!
