I just bought a house and figured while it was empty it would be a good time to "start fresh" and get the carpets cleaned. Our specialist was very friendly, explained the entire process, was prompt and professional. The cleaning was AMAZING. I wish I had taken some before/after photos. I will certainly be having them back to do the duct cleanings next.

Even though it was a partial re-do, it was MUCH better. I didnt catch your employee's name that came here, but he was very knowledgeable and quite humble when I told him there was a huge difference before and after.

The cleaning was able to remove a stain that had prove challenging for us but mostly what I appreciated about Zerorez were the interactions with staff both on the phone and Tim who showed up to do the work.

loved that I could see the dirt coming out of the carpet. plus no smell or residue.
was disappointed that a handle was off on a piece of furniture that I hadn't noticed before. It's possible that the cleaners knocked it off but if it was done during the carpet cleaning, I would have appreciated it being pointed out.

Very punctual and mindful of not letting in the horrible mosquitos. Unbelievable how the carpet stains were gone in a few seconds. Carpet is soft and bright. Thank you for being mindful of the furniture, lifting them on blocks to not damage the wood. Very kind, hard working.
