My condo carpet is as clean as it’s been in ages. I was leary as the last no-chemicals company didn’t leave it as clean as I’d wanted. Zerorez didn’t disappoint (they were recommended by friends.). We had a huge red wine stain and a coffee stain over a year old and Zerorez got them out completely!
And to top it off the “boss” and worker were totally pleasant and professional. I’ve already recommended them to other friends.

Very professional. The representative explained on how and why some of our carpets were discolored and if they could be treated. I liked their cleaning process and equipment and didn't leave the carpets very wet when they left. He arrived on time and did a great job. He also did some small complementary cleaning in addition to our agreed terms. I would recommend this company.

Samantha made scheduling my appointment so easy! She understood my concerns-such as it would be easier to blow my house up than to clean my carpets! The technician Tim Kranz did a fabulous job!! My carpets looked and smelled (yes I smelled them immediately) like brand new!!!! I liked that Zerorez is a non-pressure company! So many others push for "extra services"....which led them right out my back door. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

The service provider, Jose was so kind and listened to the specific cleaning needs of our space. He was fast and efficient and I can not say enough good things about him and his service. We also requested a pet treatment for one of our spaces and we were very pleased with that as well. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future!

Very accommodating, and upfront about all costs. Also house does not have the typical heavy chemical smell when Zerorez is all said and done.

I gave them a very poor rating to start. However, Brandon called me and asked for a chance to re-do. I was upset by smell in house. Brandon explained how the product works. By the time they came back to re-treat the odor (cat urine) Was almost gone. He retreated any way and cleaned a few more bad spots, which look great now. He and Jose were awesome. Thanks Zerorez.
