The Zerorez service was super, on time and very thorough. The technician explained how the process works. I wasn't so sure about it at the time, but the following day I could see the difference. The fiber in carpet was more full in appearance and the spots were gone and I could tell it appeared lighter in color, obviously cleaner. Yes, I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
