The gentleman who came to clean my downstairs carpeting was great - very professional and courteous. The only suggestion I have is that you send two people so that furniture can be moved around and replaced. I needed a large gun cabinet moved and replaced and I was not strong enough to help him move the cabinet. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. My basement carpeting is clean (he showed me the water that was removed from my carpeting after he finished cleaning) and the carpeting smells fresh. Thank you!

The technician was great. He was friendly and attentive and worked hard on getting the carpets clean. I would recommend zerorez as the best carpet cleaner in Madison.

Great service, Jose was very thorough and the carpet came out great. Was a bit surprised at how long it took the carpet to dry, but nevertheless very happy with the results.

THe carpets look NEW! and they feel new too. I can't believe how the large stain was totally removed. I was almost hoping that it wouldn't come out, I was actually planning on getting new, now I am able to keep it! Darn it...
