My carpets looked and smelled (yes I smelled them immediately) like brand new!!!! I liked that Zerorez is a non-pressure company! The service provider, Jose was so kind and listened to the specific cleaning needs of our space. He was fast and efficient and I can not say enough good things about him and his service. We also requested a pet treatment for one of our spaces and we were very pleased with that as well. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future!
Very accommodating, and upfront about all costs. Also house does not have the typical heavy chemical smell when Zerorez is all said and done.

I gave them a very poor rating to start. However, Brandon called me and asked for a chance to re-do. I was upset by smell in house. Brandon explained how the product works. By the time they came back to re-treat the odor (cat urine) Was almost gone. He retreated any way and cleaned a few more bad spots, which look great now. He and Jose were awesome. Thanks Zerorez.

We're a first time user church that didn't know what to expect. Two companies told us our carpets weren't that dirty, but truth is they were fairly dirty, though perhaps not as bad as some. We went with Zerorez because we didn't want to have to clean them again in 6 months due to shampoo residue acting as a dirt magnet. We were amazed at how much cleaner the carpets were after they were done. We did have to have them back to address some spots that didn't come out, but after they cleaned that area a second time the spots were gone. Great job Zerorez.
