The guy we had was great. Super knowledgeable and sweet. I genuinely enjoyed our interactions. Also, the people who owned the house before us had 2 cats and today (the day after) it smells cat free. Obviously also enjoy the no chemical part!

The work was done well and quickly. The carpet dried within the estimated time.

We had a follow up to a prior service where a stain wasn’t completely removed. We called and we had someone out the next day. The problem was completely taken care of with no extra charge. Couldn’t have asked for more.
