We have used Zerorez multiple times and every time we do, we get great results and the techs that come out are always really friendly and professional.

The technician was very polite, courteous, efficient, and professional. Could not have asked for better. Arrived within the stated window and the carpet cleaning was excellent. We have a lot of dog hair, dander, and dirt, and it was very much so cleaner afterwards. The cleaning solution was also highly pleasant scent-wise. Carpets were completely dried within 6 hours after turning on all ceiling fans and running a portable dehumidifier. I definitely plan on continuing business with ZeroRez on an annual or semi-annual basis.
