We're a first time user church that didn't know what to expect. Two companies told us our carpets weren't that dirty, but truth is they were fairly dirty, though perhaps not as bad as some. We went with Zerorez because we didn't want to have to clean them again in 6 months due to shampoo residue acting as a dirt magnet. We were amazed at how much cleaner the carpets were after they were done. We did have to have them back to address some spots that didn't come out, but after they cleaned that area a second time the spots were gone. Great job Zerorez.

i thought the carpet came out very clean. He however left all of the lights on after he said he would turn them off. He must have forgot. Very nice person too and explained what he did not think would come out.

The entire cleaning process is so quick. And makes my old room size carpet remnant look new. Had the service tech apply scotch guard this time. My old carpet gets dirty again so fast. Sure beats cleaning the carpet myself.
