I chose your company because your process does not use chemicals. I am a returning customer and have been very satisfied with how clean my carpeting looks and how soft it feels afterward.

I do think your company could improve your appointment making process. I tried several times to call your phone number and wound up being connected to an answering service, but I never received a call back. I did wind up making an online appointment and one for my tenant in the duplex I own. She would not have used your company if i hadn’t made her appointment for her. You might take note that not all senior citizens have smart phones or use the internet.
