It was very easy to schedule an appt. Merrick (sp?), the employee that performed the cleaning, was polite, perfectly on time, and very efficient. It was exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I will definitely look to Zerorez next time we need carpets cleaned.

I was pleased with the professionalism and politeness of the technician. He was prompt and initiated the work asking if I had any particular concerns, which I very much appreciated. He also answered several questions regarding carpet quality and estimation of remaining useful lifetime, and offered a few hints on what to do with areas depressed by prolonged furniture indentation.
We talked about the Zerorez cleaning wand design, which I liked because it makes intuitive sense that the wand have a very narrow head; a certain amount of fluid will move faster through a smaller orifice at a given pressure - so it just makes sense to have the wand separate from the brushing head.
I love the fact that Zerorez doesn't leave residue of surfactants on the carpet fiber and that the wand is designed to have a very high pressure and rapid movement of water into and out of the carpet fiber, leaving it cleaner and not just wetted.

Brandon called and still arrived 10 minutes earlier than he thought. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He did all 4 rooms and stairs in about 2 hours. He explained what the nasty junk was-deep down dirt that just doesn't get picked up by the vacuum cleaner.

The man was very professional and personable. He tried his very best to get out stains and did phenomenal. Our carpets look great.

The tech that came to my house was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. My carpet is very clean and there was no odor left behind while it was drying or once it was dry. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my family and friends and will continue to have them maintain my carpets.

The young gentleman doing the work was very professional and pleasant. The use of no harsh chemicals is very important to me. I was a little concerned about the 'crunchy' feel after dry time, but a friend who also used Zerorez said it goes away. So, hoping it does!
