We had the carpets cleaned initially on 12/4/18 with Brandon K and Matt S as our technicians. We had quite a bit of pet stains and they were very honest in discussing options with us. After the cleaning, they made sure to tell us to call if we still smelled any odor after the carpets were dry. The cleaning helped a lot but there was still one problem area that I called about and set up a retreatment appointment. That was completed today by Merrick. I am very happy with the service - all technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. I think it is really, really great how you guarantee your work and offer the retreatment within 30 days!
