Fast no nonsense job!

Logan did a great job! We had a rust stain and and pet urine stain that were several years old and he got all of the rust stain out and most of the urine stain. I was amazed because I did not think they would come out. Great job!

Matt came out to my house for pet issues. I was given a time frame of 12:30-3:30 and he called about 1:45 to say he was running behind and would be to my house by 2:30, he then called around 2 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived, saw the problem area, discussed it with me as well as how to best treat the area. He then helped move some heavy things that I couldn't do on my own. He was all done within a few hours(large area). Told me what to expect over the next 48 hours. Overall it was a good experience with the whole process, from booking the appt to the treatment.

Dylan was kind. Did a great job. I felt like he was careful.

It was easy to set up an appointment online. The technician called ahead, confirmed the time and was to our house exactly when he said he would be. He was friendly, polite and really efficient. The carpets are clean, they smell great and we will definitely use this service again.
