I have had ZEROREZ in our home, so I recommended to the Kilbourn Eastern Star chapter that we contact them for carpet cleaning. Brad came to give an estimate & we felt it was a fair price. Brandan worked for about 3 hours and removed rust and other spots that had been in the basement carpet for a while. I was pleased with the results, the workers very polite and careful in doing the cleaning. I will be contacting you again to do several rooms in our home in Reedsburg. Our treasurer will be sending your payment in another week.

Got an appointment in a very timely manner.
We were moving into a different home that had dogs...having the carpets cleaned really helped with that dog smell the previous owners left behind.

Your employee was there when he said he was go to be and took the time to go through the entire house with me to make sure he was doing everything that had been set up. He did a pretreat and finished the entire home in a very reasonable amount of time. The carpets look wonderful and he took extra care on a couple of soiled pet spots which seem to have been completely taken care of. Thank you very much!
