Zerorez was exactly like the add says! GREAT customer service. We had add ons and were quoted very fair prices. Our down stairs was pet stained from a puppy and a sick Newfie with the runs! Their response time from when I first inquired about having the carpets at our business cleaned was very quick and they got us in for service almost immediately after we decided to go ahead with everything. Everyone was very professional and they got everything done within 45 minutes and the results were great!

We were very impressed with the way our carpet felt after the service. Not only did it look great and feel clean, you could really tell there wasn't any residue from any cleaning solutions. We have pets and feel very comfortable to let them use the carpet right after it had dried from cleaning. Not worrys about chemicals.

I am a reoccurring customer. My carpet stays clean a lot longer than other company cleaning. Zerorez does a great job and gets my carpets clean. I have told others how happy I am with Zerorez. Other company cleaning, my carpets seemed to get dirty shortly after I would get them cleaned. I never wear my shoes in my house and vacuum and rake weekly - so it's not like I don't take care of it. Zerorez is awesome. A few years ago you handed out 2 $20 gift cards to us after we got our carpets cleaned. I think that was a great marketing ploy. I handed my cards to friends to have them try Zerorez. They did and have been using you ever since.
