The service gentleman was very nice, polite, and explained what he was going to do. Told me his plan of where he was going to start first and how long he thought it would take. He gave me tips to help with the "drying" process. He did his very best to try to get rid of some pretty impossible stains. I like that the carpet was not sopping wet when he was done. Technician was excellent! He was quick, efficient and knew what he was doing. He was in and out in an hour. The carpets slightly were damp and dried very quickly. He even knew the breed of dog that I own - a vizsla - which is very unusual! I would definitely use Zerorez again (and hope this technician was available again.)

Very professional and pleasant young men. Unfortunately I have a bad cold right now, so my sense of smell is off. But I am hoping that the cleaning is a success.

I have had carpets cleaned one other time by another company. However, this time carpets feel as soft as new carpet vs having slight residue. Very pleased.

I was really pleased that there weren’t strong chemical odors after the cleaning. Kevin was very good at explaining what he would do and then he was very efficient and thorough as well. The carpets dried quickly. They look a lot better.
