Merick did a fantastic job on our basement carpet! He located the source of lingering pet odors and recommended treatment at no additional cost. He also wore booties over his shoes, placed a mat along the entryway, and lifted the sofa to clean underneath. The carpet looks, feels, and smells like new. Very impressed by Zerorez!
