Merick was professional and thoughtful. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and also went out of his way to secure the hoses to prevent tripping by the neighbors in my in-law's senior residence. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly.

I would also recommend Zerorez for anyone with pets. My mother-in-law has two cats so we were concerned about chemical residue on their paws. With Zerorez, we didn't have to worry about the cats licking their paws after walking on a wet carpet cleaned with chemicals.

I will definitely use this company again.

Great people, great cleaning

Called ahead to inform me you could arrive a little early.

My husband scheduled an appointment for several carpet spot removals. Brandon was the technician who was assigned to us. He was professional, friendly, meticulous and knowledgable from beginning to end. He explained how a professional carpet cleaning service differs from a DIY. I enjoy cleaning my own carpets but not all stains are removed. Next time I’ll be calling on Zerorez for the 3-room carpet cleaning service. Not only do they do a better job, the cost is low and it will save me time.

I was very happy with how my carpets turned out after being cleaned. They gave me a reminder that they were coming. Aaron, the one that cleaned the carpet, called me and asked if it would be okay if he came a little early. ( What a nice surprise from a service company, to actually come EARLY and ask politely if that would be okay. ). He did a great job and knew exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them.
