Zerorez came recommended both by a contractor and a friend. This friend of mine is very vigilant about the environment and health, had done the research, and said their service uses the most environmentally friendly materials.
The man who came to do the job was personable, very professional, and took care of everything, including moving some furniture and a few delicate things back and forth CAREFULLY. My carpets, which are fairly old, came out looking beautiful and bright and new.
They did the entire bottom floor, with a bedroom, living room, rec room, and long hall, 2 sets of stairs, and a very large bedroom, at a very competitive and fair price. I can't say enough good about this service.

Did a great job cleaning our carpet and getting the stains out and staff was awesome. I would like to mention that they told us it would take 6 - 8 hours for our carpet to dry when it really took 24 - 26 hours.
We had water stains after 1ts cleaning. I phone call & they did 2nd cleaning free of charge. Carpet looks great now
