Carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. Close attention was paid to traffic patterns to help revive that area. I liked that furniture was put on Styrofoam wedges. The person who cleaned my carpet was professional, courteous and conscientious of my belongings. My sister recommended Zerorez to me and I have already recommended them too.

The technician was amazing. He called 15 min prior to arrival as promised, once there took the time to explain the process and the time it would take to complete. The carpet looked amazing after he was finished. I would highly recommend their services.

The carpet specialist was very professional. He explained the process, put booties on his shoes and got right to work. We had large areas to clean and 2 sets of stairs. We discussed an additional stain protection application and when I suggested a couple of spots he explained that I could get more area covered for the $90 charge to get my money's worth. I appreciated his honesty. He helped move chairs and put protection under the feet of the furniture so the carpet could dry better. The carpet looked great when he was done. I would definitely call Zeroez in the future.
