Valentino did an excellent job of cleaning our wool carpet. He took very careful precautions not to damage any remaining furniture. I like the fact that the carpet was not overly wet when he was done. Basically it felt damp. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

It is easy to schedule an appointment. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They did an outstanding job. Came back on a re-treat which was outstanding and really is no charge as advertised.
