I actually had Matt Steege for the Technician who came to do our carpet. He was very knowledgeable about the process. He explained what he was gong to do and asked if I had any questions. He did an awesome job in cleaning and also in educating me on how to take care of our carpet. He gave me hints on how to clean up a spill, how to move the furniture in different areas so as not to wear out the carpet, etc. He was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Zerorez and especially Matt Steege.

Fantastic service. I have used Zerorez twice now and they did a great job. He was able to get a grease stain out of the carpet from an old piece of stereo equipment. I had them do the pet stain removal treatment. Everything is clean and smells fantastic. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Everything, he called in advance, arrived when he said he would, went over everything with me before starting the cleaning, just to make sure we were both on same page. When he finished went over everything that he cleaned, ask me to check everything just in case he missed any area that needed to be cleaned again, there wasn't. The gentlemen did a great job, he was friendly, outgoing , and did a fantastic job.

Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and tile. The cleaning associate did an excellent job. Our carpets and tile look brand new again! He was able to get rid of difficult carpet stains and the dirt and grim in the tile grout. He did this while being professional, friendly and had helpful ideas and suggestions. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and have been extremely happy with the results both times. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!
