Zerorez does a professional job for the most part. I do wish they would remove more of the water as it takes several days for the carpets to dry. I also had to wait for several hours past my appointment schedule which I am sure, was probably unavoidable

The cleaner was very thorough considering the challenges he faced because of our dog. However, after he left I realized he did not clean under and in back of our sunroom furniture. I would have gladly moved them if that was the problem. This will not deter me from using your company in the future.
