John was extremely professional and took the time to show how pet soiled the carpets were. He showed and explained how he would clean the carpet and why. John is a very hard worker and never took a break, he was concerned that I felt that he was here too long, which I didn’t feel at all. I knew how soiled the carpets were and knew it would take quite a while.
