Both the guys that came out were great. Professional and intelligent and also really compassionate about my autistic son. I had one in for air duct cleaning and one for carpet cleaning. I felt comfortable with them in our space. The air duct cleaner (Brandon maybe?) spent a good amount of time explaining what he was doing and showing me everything. I was very happy with both.

Over the years I have had many different carpet cleaners and they all leave my house wet and it takes 2 to 3 days to dry out despite advertising that they are "quick dry".

I started using Zerorez several years ago and I appreciate that they put up guards to protect the furniture and drywall. They are always on time and polite. Best of all, with their special sparkly water, the carpet is just barely damp and clean when they finish. They cost more, but they are worth it
