Very good cleaning results. Put furniture on styrofoam pads to prevent staining. Technician was experienced and conscientious. Used custom corner guards and cowl around hoses thru doorway. And work is guaranteed!
From beginning to end the process was seamless, from booking the appointment, the service provided by a very polite and professional carpet tech to the finished cleaned carpet. The carpet looks amazing, we have off white carpeting we have had for many years and granted we try not to have shoes on in the the house but we do have pets and there is still high traffic areas but after the Zerorez cleaning we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We made the mistake of doing it ourselves and that was a disaster, we used too much water, cleaning solution, the machine didn't seem to work and the carpet had a some type of residue left behind when dried and frankly it didn't even look like we had cleaned them. I'm so happy with this service and highly recommend you to everyone, we will definitely be using you again when needed.

Aaron is awesome and needs a raise! He is great at what he does and my carpets are always immaculate when he is done. I have a $4,000 area rug that he hand washes (and that’s not easy) and it looks great! The carpets dry quickly and the house always feels so much cleaner when cleaning is completed until my two Norwegian Elkhounds bring in their muddy paws 😁
