The Service Technician (Samual) did a great job from start to finish. Called me ahead of time to let me know he was about 20 minutes from getting to my home. Freindly exchange right off the bat. Explained the process he was going to do. Asked about area's that needed attention (Spots). We also had our sofa on the work order to be cleaned but he looked at the tag and said he would have to ask his supervisor about cleaning it. Unfortunetly it could not be cleaned because of the sofa material and use of hot water extraction. He said I do not want to ruin your sofa. Samual did a great job in a timely manner. This is the second time we have used Zerorez. I also recomended them to a neighbor a few months ago. They did a nice job for them as well. Will have them out to do work again

Sam did a marvelous job taking care of the "extras" we needed for my Father's house. He communicated very well with me. Showed me areas of concern with a black light. Wow.......the efficiency was great.
Would totally recommend for future clean ups.

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional follow-through and customer service we received regarding the recent issues with our duct cleaning service.

We experienced several problems after the cleaning, including the basement door being left open on a cold day, causing our furnace to overwork, and then realizing the ducts were not cleaned up to Zerorez standards.

The service was very good, friendly service and efficient. He was very good at explaining why our furniture couldn’t receive cleaning because of the kind of material it was. The carpet and rugs don’t have the chemical feel after cleaning, very nice.

The service technician did a great job on my carpets. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It was pretty cold on the day the service was provided, the technician placed a tarp on the door to help keep the cold out/heat in.
It did cost more than I anticipated however, I will absolutely use Zerorez the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

Our stair runner brightened up nicely and a stain that hadn’t come out of the carpet with previous treatment is now almost undetectable!

Sam Maki was fantastic! He explained the process clearly and worked with us to make sure all our needs were met. He was respectful of our space and our belongings. All of the billing was explained in detail ahead of time. His passion for his work was clear, both during and after the cleaning, in his enthusiasm and great results. I love that Zerorez uses non-toxic cleaning chemicals, with light scent, really almost no scent, so not overpowering. Super easy to book online at my convenience, reasonably priced, too. For one small bedroom, short hallway, and small living area, Joe was efficient, in and out in about 40 mins. One *tiny* bit of feedback, it seemed was too much in a hurry over the heavy traffic areas, I wish he'd concentrated on those better. Overall, Joe is friendly, professional, and easy going. Will definitely have Zerorez back to do the rest of my condo - after I paint! :-) Highly recommend.
