Always a great job

Travis did a nice job on my carpet.

I had ZeroRez clean carpeting and 2 upolstered chairs a few months ago. They did a very good job and were congenial and respectful of my home. Last week I had the furnace ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Again, excellent service done by a congenial young man who explained the process to me very clearly. In both instances they put covers on their shoes and worked with clean equipment. When they left I didn't have to clean up anything that might have been left behind. The house smelled fresh and clean. Even my dog enjoyed having these guys in the house. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends who are looking for these services

Not our first time having Zerorez clean our carpets because we have always been happy with the experience. All the rooms came out nice and clean and the couple of stains we had are gone. Service was completed in under 2 hours (large family room/hallway/small staircase/area rug/master bedroom). Our tech was friendly and communicated very well. That was appreciated. We asked him to be careful of our newly (and costly!) installed grass-cloth wallpaper and he did.
So, everything cleaned, nothing damaged and done quickly. Cannot ask for better than that!

This review is sadly way overdue, but the service was so exceptional I had to come back and give credit. The appointment and set up process was super convenient and easy via the website. I especially liked the estimate portion so I can budget what I needed ahead of time. They were helpful in sending text/email reminders leading up to the appointment.

However, what really sold the service was our cleaner. He absolutely went above and beyond any past carpet cleaning service I ever experienced. Not only was he professional, he was knowledgeable and experienced. He made contact prior to the appointment with an ETA, arrived on time, and was very careful to protect our home from any incidental damage while cleaning. Additional time was given to explain, step by step, how the process would go. It didn't take very long at all. But in the end the carpets and rugs came out cleaner that we could have expected. Overall, this was a home run service and could not have asked for a nicer person to invite into our home. Well Done Zerorez Madison!!!
