Top of the line equipment, which is great but there are a lot of places that carry the same stuff. What really sets Bicycle Tech apart is their service - they are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. They made sure that I got everything I needed, that all of my equipment was set up properly and fit me right, and even took the time to give me some coaching and tips. Not only that, but stayed half an hour past closing time to do all of that. I walked into a couple other shops before this one and felt like I was getting brushed off. I'll never go anywhere else again.

I brought a bike frame to Trek Bicycle Columbus/Dublin and a bunch of parts and asked for help assembling and supplementing parts to get it back on the road. Russ Burwell and his team were as excited about my bike build as I was. Russ and team communicated with me all through the build process. It was not easy to get all the parts, but Trek did a fabulous job compiling and assembling my bike and I love it. I will be bringing all my family's bikes to Trek going forward. A+
