Since August 2025, I bought FX3 and Madone SL7 from the same store.
The products and customer service are fantastic.
I would definitely look for trek products, in case of new purchases or recommendations.
Given that there are cheaper options in the market, every customer experience from trek products and staff is satisfying.
I'm a big fan of Trek in Korea.
My wife purchased a Trek FX Sport last year and I was really impressed with the St Albans Trek store. The team were always very welcoming and happy to answer and questions or address and tweaks to my wife's bike when she popped in. So following a pre-purchase bike fit I was happy that it identified the Checkpoint SLR 6 as one of the most suitable bikes for my requirements. So far, (and it is early days) the bike seems great and I am happy that I have access to and support from my local Trek team should I need it. In particular, a special mention for Alex at the St Albans store. He was a real help to me in speccing the bike, he kept me updated on delivery and was happy to make any tweaks or adjustments I needed. He's a great ambassador for Trek.
