Their honesty. When I brought in a bike for new tires I was told I could get another year or two before I needed to change them. I purchased a new electric bike and the offered to hold it for me with no money down to give me time to think about it. You never see that kind of honesty in today’s world.
I recently bought a bike from here and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Duncan helped me out, and he was absolutely fantastic. I had a ton of questions, but he was incredibly patient, took his time, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice.
Beyond the great service from Duncan, I just love the overall atmosphere of this store. All of the employees are super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It makes a huge difference when a shop has such positive energy.

I have been a customer of Bikes of Palm Beach for more than 5 years. I have purchased bikes and have used them for service during the 5 years. I have never been disappointed with the professionalism of the ownership and staff during the 5 years. Every emergency (I ride my bike every day, and I abuse my mountain bike) that has happened to my bike has been handled immediately and had me back riding my bike within the hour of when I brought in the broken bike.
Without a doubt Bikes of Palm Beach is the areas premier bicycle sales and service center, and I have no hesitation to recommending them.
