Always provide personalized service. Attentive to specific needs and desires of everyone who comes in their doors. With new bikes and other purchases they take extra time to insure proper fit and comfort on your bike - also, they welcome adjustments to prviously fitted bikes.

Felt like a real person, not just a credit card, with real concerns that were taken seriously, considered thoughtfully, and led to the best solution. This is standard operating procedure and just one of the reasons that I will patronize this business over other, national brands.

I have zero mechanical aptitude, so I must rely on a store such as Trek in order to keep my bicycle in good condition. The only reason I would rate Trek 9 out of 10 rather than 10 is their somewhat high prices. Their personnel, however, are all terrific. They can't do enough for you and are as pleasant as can be.
