Got my flat tire fixed in a jiffy, while I waited. Even when they are busy, they get you up and running, as soon as they can. If you have to leave your bike, they call as soon as it is ready.
And they helped put it back on the car rack, when I left.
The service! So freaking helpful. A life saver, really. We came to Bar Harbor to start the ACA Northern Tier and our bikes arrived a bit munched from shipping. They got us on our way within just a couple of hours.

Wonderfully attentive and knowledgeable staff. They know bicycles and how to maintain and repair them. They don’t oversell and price their goods and services fairly. Always confident with the maintenance or repair. And they have a good offering of accessories, bicycles, and e-bikes.
I like that you have a lot of bikes in stock with a wide range of prices. I got the right bike for my daughter very quickly. We have a lot of Trek bikes and are always happy with the quality.
In my experience, 9 times out of 10 your staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. Yesterday, Callum (spelling?) helped me with two bikes for my kids and was awesome. It was near end of day, your busy season yet he did the quick fixes they needed to keep the kids bikes quickly 'in service' I didn't hesitate to proceed to spend a few hundred dollars on other merchandise as a result frankly so I think having great staff continues to pay for itself in your business model (I am assuming not knowing the fine details)
Its a great business and we are happy to continue to buy at Wildrock whenever possible
