The people at TREK store Alexandria are passionate about their product but most importantly they care about their customers. Kudos to TREK. Xavier and Ryan breath customer satisfaction and both truly know the art of cycling in and out.
My boys are in their 30’s. I have purchased every bicycle for them since they were 5 years old. Prior to that I purchased my first Al’s mountain bike for myself, and I returned to Al’s for the children’s bikes! Now, I purchase my grandchildren’s bikes!
That represents a customer who values Al’s bicycle product…always superior bikes! Their support service is a primary reason I keep making all my bike purchases from Al’s. Once, only once, I bought a grandchild’s bike off Amazon. The bike was good, but putting it together was a headache. Lining up the forks, installing the handlebars, so crazy bad! I vowed, “Never again!”
For me, the purchase of a finished product and the service support makes these quality bicycles worth every dollar.

Great selection of products and expertise offered! Incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. We went to get a bigger bike for our son, and the staff made him feel comfortable and helped him choose the best bike for him. We never felt pressured and it’s just a very welcoming place.

Ich hatte wegen eines kaputten Tretlagers um einen Termin gebeten, konnte mein Rad sofort vorbeibringen und habe am nächsten Tag schon kurz vor 11 per sms die Nachricht über die Fertigstellung bekommen. Preis war bei Abgabe angekündigt und dann auch eingehalten. Das alles war für mich perfekter Service.
