I bought a bike here and couldn’t be happier with the service. Pheobe was absolutely fantastic — so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the entire time. She never rushed us and answered all of my questions.
I ended up getting the Townie bike for myself and a kids’ Trek bike for my daughter. Both bikes are perfect fits and we’ve been loving them. You can tell the team here really cares about getting you the right bike, not just making a sale.
