Reasonable prices for top line quality products. !I’ve been a Cranky’s customer for over 15 years in their St Albert store. When my Trek bike was damaged in a fire, it was a no brainer to go to them to replace it. When I found out they have 3 locations now, they sent my bike to their downtown location to pick it up and the staff there were gave me the same friendly fantastic service again!!

Not only did I get a great deal on the bike I purchased, but the service was outstanding. Misty, the GM, gave us her full attention and made sure everything was perfect. She took the time to properly adjust the bike for my girlfriend, offered helpful recommendations for a basket and bell, and even installed them herself.
This is definitely my go-to spot for bicycles. If you’re in the market for a bike, this is the place to go!

Loved the attention to detail, service and courtesy and kindness of the techs and staff. That being said I'm not sure I'm coming there again - it's too far from New Bedford and the traffic is horrendous in Providence. I am very sad Treks no longer has a store in Lakeville...perfect for me.

Fantastic…as expected…..dropped bike on Thurs for tune up wand waxed chain for race on Sunday….Bike was a rocket ship (sure people move bikes) but set up outstanding….Really well done. Need some new bike shoes as mine are from the dark ages…will swing by in a few days. Thank you….

Really appreciate the quick ccustomer support even when the store was obviously busy. Just gave me a chance to look at some of the bike stock. Brought both my Trek Mtn bikes in for tune ups. The one that had never anything done needed more attention and the mechanic that checked me in was very helpful with recommendations of treatment. Really cleaned it up nice and it is shifting even better then I realized it needed. My other bike was just over a year old and I had not put many miles on it. So it needed less attention. Fun store and other customers seemed happy about the support they were recieving.
