I ordered a new Trek Roscoe 7 Gen 4 online and had it delivered to my local Trek store. The bike was damaged in shipping (cosmetic only). Matthew was upfront about the damage and had solutions ready for me so I could decide what to do. Great management isn’t about the problems that happen but how you solve those problems and I am happy with the outcome of my experience.

Definitely much lighter in weight than carrying my heavy book bag with two bike locks in my heavy book bag was looking for something with less weed and to put like my wallet and my insurance card in case of a fall and a lighter book bag for mountain biking and I bought also a red bike ride for riding at night STORE Manager Dave excellent customer service I appreciated his help yesterday.

Was having a neck issue when riding my Trek checkpoint.
Ben said a new angled stem that would elevate my handle bars and give
a more upright ride and take pressure of neck would help.
he ordered one and i was promptly emailed when the part came in.
Brought bike in and they changed out the stem promptly.
It's made a big difference in the comfort of my ride.

The service person who I dealt with was very helpful and took a lot of time to explain to me what needed to be done to my bike. He also did what he could, given the backlog of bikes that needed to be serviced, to get my bike serviced in the shortest possible time, which I very much appreciated. All in all, my service visit was as smooth and painless as it could likely have been.

The customer service was exceptional. From my phone call and speaking to I believe Jeff over the phone to getting to the store and working with Wes, I had a great experience. I was looking for a new bike shop and I found one on the first try. While getting some work done in a tire, I was able to get a good education on ways to better maintain my bike and was able to get the gear to help me do so. Also, the selections of bikes, especially Trek is spot on.
The team is amazing to work with and have provided so much guidance as I am starting to cycle.
