Great owners and good customer service. This is the shop to go to purchase a new bike or to get one serviced. I have purchased five bikes from Brian and referred family and friends to him.
As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me and asked me not only what I was there for and if they could help, but treated me as a long time customer and friend.
The staff was attentive to my needs, explained the services they would do on my bicycles and kept in touch with me through the process.
I would highly recommend anyone to stop by and visit with the staff for any cycling needs you have.
The customer service from the shop in helping me pack and ship my bike cross-country was top notch.
I bought my bike last year around november and asked them if they can assemble it on March this year as I wont be able to use it over the winter. I just picked it up yesterday. Great staff, very knowledgeable, helpful and accomodating.

I needed a new helmet and am totally happy with the service I received. I needed a bit of a tweak to the helmet and they were wonderful in fitting the helmet to my head so that it is safer and more comfortable. I would not have been able to figure out how to do that myself, so I am very grateful!
The former location for the shop was on Main Street (often hard to find parking), and the current location is farther south and has great parkin.
The new store itself is large and lovely, and one employee (or owner?) brings their dog to work...such a sweet and beautiful dog.
Overall, I love the store!
