Very knowledgeable and friendly staff
I came in on Thursday, April 2nd with a fork that had a crown race stuck to it, looking to get it removed. The employees didn't make me feel stupid for having botched the installation, which I was bracing myself for beforehand, and completed the request in no time. The person helping me (sorry, I forget his name) helped me figure out what diameter crown race would fit.
