I purchased an e-bike on-line from a different company but came to Bike World to have them put it together. With Austin's direction, I'm adding Bluetooth accessories and changing my tire set up to tubeless how I wanted it. I came to get my bike set up. I've come back because I trust the guy giving me advise and setting up my bike.

I rented 2 Ebikes for a friend and I. They were ready at the shop when we arrived. Our pedals were installed on them in a jiffy and off we went to explore the trails around Charlottesville. The bikes performed perfectly and we had a truly amazing time. Thank you to KK for getting this adventure set up for us!!
I went in to see if there is a bike rack for our 2 Trek e-bikes that is appropriate for use in the hitch receiver behind our travel trailer. JT knew the Kuat rack that was approved for that use and sold us on that model. Some racks say approved for RV use, but not for trailers. Furthermore, he installed it on our truck, demonstrating how to set it up for our bikes and all the features. Trek Store Chattanooga treats us like family
Great customer service
I like that the store is laid out well, its not overly crowded, and you can move around the bikes. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable with my questions. I just had some wheel service done, and they were prompt and priced well. Always a joy to shop with them.
I was pleased that they were able to rebook my appointment request for the next day. I had an emergency and couldn't cancel or reschedule it right away. I brought it in the next day and they were very nice and understanding. My bike was ready Monday after work.
