Fantastic service from this establishment. I bought an electric bike using the cycle to work scheme and the process has been easy and painless. The only issue that I have had is with the courier company who for some reason can’t find my address. Dan from the bike company has been on there case and will be hand delivering my bike shortly. So I highly rate this company.
The knowledge they have about the products and the products they carry. Blake has helped me with many items at Horizon.
I have visited the store several times over the years and the employees are very helpful, responsive and informative. I brought several my bike in for service and if possible they fix it right there and then if it was a minor repair. I find their mechanic’s knowledgeable and their service department know what they are doing in the maintenance repaired of my road bike and mountain bike.

Attentive staff. The person who served me was working on something when I entered but immediately stopped and asked if I wanted help. Explained the options to me and pointed out which product would suit me best given the information I’d provided. I wanted a Specialized helmet and was pleased they were in stock.
He made sure the fit was good and explained the warranty.
