Our family purchased a Townie bike in February. We received a gift card with purchase. Never looked at it as it was cold and then our lovely rain of May.
We came in and wanted a few items. Basket and accessories. At check out our gift card had expired?? What?
No problem, your staff jumped in and in minutes we were rolling with approval for the gift card. No calling managers , just a joy to help.
