I had great time with Jason Hall as my coach. I learned the machines that were new to me & he definitely knew what he was talking about the entire time. It was great for my brain to learn new ways of working out. Definitely worked my muscles & muscle memory too! He also helped me with form which was great for me to not only learn, but for my muscles to learn. I recommend Jason as a trainer/coach to anyone, especially if you are finding trouble staying consistent in the gym or if you need that motivation/stamina back in tune.
Ryan is an awesome trainer! Very encouraging and non judgemental. He tailors my workouts to my ability level yet is always pushing me towards my goals. I'm never bored!

After dealing with Covid and my husband‘s cancer treatment over the past 2 1/2 years I noticed I had become weak, soft and flabby. I was getting worn out and tired easily. If I stood on my feet for more than two hours I got a terrible pain across my middle back because of muscle weakness. After my latest physical my doctor recommended I try club 24 and to get a personal trainer to help me get back into shape. I thought it was a great idea so I listen to him and a few days later walked into club 24 and set up a workout program. I go two times a week and have some of the best workouts, from my trainer Rob, I’ve ever had. After the first workout I felt better. After three weeks I could feel a difference in my muscle tone, stamina, endurance and my mental outlook. The staff has been consistent in keeping the facility clean. I commend Rob the manager for making sure that the women’s locker room is clean and in good working order. Even though the building is older I feel the staff does a good job at maintaining it. I also find the staff very encouraging when I walked through the door. I keep looking forward to the day when they get a rowing machine though. Keep up the good work Club 24 in New Milford, Ct!

It’s very quiet around 8. I can get a decent workout in. Also open up “late”. I would prefer if it were 24 hours but I’m not the owner and can’t change that

I go to the Club 24 in Torrington, and I love Isiah and Natalie, please don't ever move them. They are so pleasant and accommodating, just fun to have them greet you when you come in.
Also the club is very clean, and refills taken place when needed. They are very willing to help out whenever the can, and will go the extra mile when you ask for something or a question.
Equipment is maintained well, Hours of operation are convenient. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
