Very reliable and good communication along with meeting/exceeding expectations was key.

Always cover scheduled shift. Good communication between NND and client/family. Do their best to ensure consistent care/staff. Flexible schedule so as to best meet client needs.

Derroni (please correct the spelling if I have it wrong) and Victoria were absolute angels in every way. They had different strengths which really did compliment my dads care immensely. When ii. Am finally breathe again, I will be happy to write a huge report on how exceptional my entire experience was with your staff, your caregivers and the entire experience. Great caregivets

We have Megan who visits Dad three times a week. She is very good and plays cards with Dad and takes him for short walks.
Although the service is expensive, he has found a good fit so we are extremely pleased.

Very responsive. Caregivers are experienced and very in tune with clients needs. Have helped our family during the last 20 months which have been very challenging times.

So very impressed with Alexandra. She was patient, kind, and listened. On very short notice and on a holiday she came out to check on my Mom and was very helpful and reassuring!

I am POA for both of my parents in Burlington. Due to covid, I have only been there once since March of 2020. I live in NY. There have been crises where NND has been there to manage it and companionship that is very much appreciated! I rest much easier knowing that NND is available and caring.

Right from the first time I spoke with Bernadette I felt her compassion for my family's situation and I felt very comfortable and didn't look any further. Emotional maturity is the first impression I got, taking care of business and direct communication was key. We are definitely off to a good start. The ladies who visited my Uncle Ricky in the hospital didn't just talk about their duties, they engaged and spoke of his wonderful personality, that is the kind of care I was looking for and seem to have found it with Nurse Next Door. I am very grateful.
