Reliability, prompt email response, great communication, wonderful staffing.

After my surgery, I needed the assistance of a nurse 24/7 in my home. The hospital gave me a provider list and Nurse Next Door sounded spot on to my needs. When you have a long list of providers, how do you choose who to call. The company name was so inviting and then when I made the call, the Manager was so attentive to my needs and promptly arranged an assessment. What incredible service! The assessment was handled exceptionally well as was the introduction of each Nurse for my care. Again, incredible service - simply wowed! Every Nurse that came to provide for my care was very caring, attentive, mindful of my restrictions, and encouraging around my physio exercises. I would definitely (and have already) highly recommend Nurse Next Door!

The caregiving team is excellent. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help navigate my parents insurance claim sag with Medavie Blue Cross.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the people involved with my mother's care. The nurse came on time even thought the traffic on the QEW was a nightmare as usual. She took great care with my 100 year old mother and my mother had no complaints. I was made to feel that she would be very safe and you did ot let me down.

They were all so kind and helpful. My meds were always on time. It was always nice to chat with all of the ladies. Enjoying my first cup of coffee in the morning,Picking up my meals,and keeping everything clean and tidy .

Professional and caring staff were quickly available to supplement the hospital nursing team and provide ongoing/outstanding care to my father.
Management has been personally involved with the introduction and integration of new PSWs to the hospital nursing team in caring for my father.
Daily communications from Management re the care provided and my father's status are timely , detailed and very much appreciated.

We are happy with the current help and as Ian’s condition worsens we re confident NND employees like Brittany/ will adapt and cntinue helping him in the same professional and cheerful way.

Both times I used your services, the nurse ( Sue) was very professional, well versed in spinal injury and took very good care of me. On a personal level, she is patient, warm and kind.
