Professional, friendly staff.

My father has required a short period of time each day (excluding weekends) so that a staff member can cook, do laundry and some light housekeeping. They all have been friendly, supportive, and provided excellent care.
My father was quite unwell over the Easter weekend and when I called for assistance, Nurse Next Door jumped into action, set up PSWs as per our needs, and also soothed me, indicating what to do, answered questions and said they were there for anything we needed.
It is an extremely useful and necessary service for my father as he transits between living independently at home and a retirement home.
It is a vital service to have in these situations and the quality of care is above and beyond!

The service has been excellent, prompt, professional, and catered to our needs. Love the 24 hour coverage and that somebody always answers the phone.

Great Customer service ! Someone is always available to address problems . The quality of our PSW is excellent and she does not shy away from doing what is needed to keep my 94 year old mom comfortable. She is also very helpful with chores around the house .
