What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Nurses Next Door have been literal angels for us in our time of need. We called them to assist with caregiver duties while my Dad was in the hospital. They have been assisting with nursing and caregiver duties since he was released home. The weight they have lifted off my shoulders has been immeasurable, and I cannot thank them enough.
Although my Dad has his favourite staff members, each and every person who has worked with him has been professional and friendly, and treated him with dignity and respect.
I will highly recommend Nurse Next Door to anyone needed their services in the future.
