We have found the office staff and nurses to be consistently helpful and accommodating for our aunt. Due to the flexibility of staff and efforts to fit my aunts needs, she is able to stay living in her condo independently and that keeps her happy which is the best we can hope for her @ 93 years old!

Our family was in turmoil and despair when my father was placed in long term care. Bernadette, the manager of NND, spent a lot of time with us, listening and giving outstanding advice. She instilled such confidence in us and provides unemotional third party good advice. Since that time - about 5 months, we have used your services to provide week day evening companionship for my father. We have had two support workers, since hiring NND. Both were outstanding. The first woman only stayed about a month but since that time we have the same care worker. She is wonderful!! I can not say enough about how kind, patient, loving and responsible she is. She has given us such peace, knowing she is there with dad. Bernadette worked very hard to get to know dad and match him with the appropriate care giver. I really believe Nurse Next Store was a God send. We had tried other agencies. Nothing compared! Nurse Next Store helped us put our lives back together and begin adjusting to our new normal.
we find that NND is willing to work with us when it comes to our Aunts schedule, staff preferences etc... Therefore our Aunt is happy and able to stay in her own home rather than an extended care facility.
The staff and the service they provide is above expectations. They care about their clients!
