Saved my sister life literally and the family she was so sick and needed so much help I was drowning with my illnesses could not help. I was so stressed before I found nurse next door. She is in comfort care and I am at peace able to sleep and relax knowing my sister is well and taken care of. She had multiple issues and the company has great people on staff like family to me. That is how I felt and feel about everyone at nurse next door I had the pleasure of meeting speaking over the phone and or helping my sister.thank you and this is why I give a 10

Great start with my mom this week, the 9 is due to the successful start and Michelle's excellent work. I just thought that filling out the survey a few days in was a little too early to make a fair assessment as there is still a lot of work to happen with my mom (not necessarily Nurse Next Door's work - rather getting her back on track and in a routine but she is struggling with the heat). I know she was also surprised that there was a nurse rotation after she connected with Michelle, but she and we also understand that this is necessary so she advocates and doesn't get too dependent on one nurse. Regardless we were happy to have Michelle return today as they really clicked. Everything else has been fantastic - excellent communication and attention to detail.

Nurse Next Door went above and beyond to assist my father with his continually changing needs. Every caregiver and employee we interacted with acted professionally. They were even able to accommodate last-minute requests when unexpected issues arose. I can't thank Nurse Next Door enough for the support they provided to my family.

I was completely lost how to properly provide help for my sister as I balance my health and other family members. I recommend nurse next door due to the compassion I received and help for my sister that was really needed. I am very thankful to all the help and support truly I am .

My response is performance based. Roughly ten days prior to the arrival of Nurse Next Door I received an email stating that Shelley would arrive at my condo at 6:30 am and would engage an Uber for our drive to Princess Margaret Cancer Hospital. Once there she waited with me prior to the procedure and was still there when I returned to summon an Uber for our drive back to Oakville. She took care of the cost of Uber as stated. Since I wasn't unconscious for the procedure there was not need for any further assistance. Everything that you said you would perform for me was accomplished and on time. I really appreciated Nurse Next Door.

NND are always there when they say they will be there. The care they provide my mom is fantastic. Pure peace of mind.
