I have been extremely happy with the service between the instructors and the other employees. They are friendly, helpful and always willing to answer questions. I do wish that I could add another day to my child's schedule, the price is always my main concern. I hear about other places, and how they instructors do not give feedback after every class and I am extremely happy that aqua tots does. I feel like I know what I might be able to help my child with here or there. I am glad I went with this company.

Convenient schedule
Piper is an amazing coach. My kid loves to go to swimming classes as she is very comfortable with Piper.

Staff is great with the children and I love that we can switch days going so easily. The only thing I noticed was progression is so slow. My kid started at level 3 already knowing how to swim a little and I haven’t seen much progress in almost 2 months.
We love coming to Aqua-Tots. My daughter has grown so much this past year with swimming. I love that there is an app that I can follow her progress and feedback from the teachers. I think the only 2 things that I might provide as feedback would be 1. If a different teacher is taking over a class, to communicate this with the parents/students that it will effect. It helps me prepare my daughter ahead of time instead of just showing up and looking on the app that there is a different teacher. 2. Is there any way to know if my app is up to date? I was showing my daughter at 100% for the beginning and intermediate skills, but only at 65% of the hard skills mastered, and I was being told that she was graduating to the next level that day. I love that she moved up, but I try to check it every swim day so I want to make sure it is updated. Thanks for all that you do!

We love the coaches! Coach Vanessa and coach Aspen are awesome! All the front desk women are also super friendly and take time to get to know the kiddos.

WE ADORE AQUA-TOTS! At our home location (Clark, NJ), we have always had an incredible experience. My daughter has been enrolled with Aqua-Tots Clark since she turned 4 months old. Everyone is SO welcoming and involved. It's more than just a swim class/school, it truly feels like a family. Everyone knows exactly who my daughter and our family is, even staff members who do not swim with her! On top of her learning incredible skills and safety, to see my daughter light up each week because of swimming brings me so much joy! And the BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO COACH SAM! We absolutely love her! She makes swim class so enjoyable for kids and parents. I will adjust my schedule however I need to so that may daughter can keep having the great experience of Coach Sam! But if there is ever a time that we are not able to align our schedules with Coach Sam, I am so confident that my daughter will continue to have a wonderful experience and thrive.
Coach Jen is great! All instructors and front desk personnel have been so kind and the facilities are well stocked. Both of my kids love it!
Helpful staff and great coaches
We are seeing significant progress with our children's swimming abilities and comfortability. The children have taken swim lessons through the city before and were stuck in the same level for months with minimal progress. The aqua tots instructors gently provide that extra little push our children need to build their confidence and trust. All the instructors we have worked with at Aqua Tots (Yasmin, Rosie, Nately) have been excellen across the board. We also appreciate how flexible Aqua tots management has been with changing and accommodating schedules. The front desk staff are always super sweet and welcoming and my children are excited to come to swim and feel they belong.
The staff is Amazing and goes above and beyond! They truly care about the kids and provide amazing feedback. I see real progress in my kids all the time and it’s exciting!
Only complaint is the turnover of instructors!
They are very professional
Coach Aspen!!! We absolutely adore her. She is super understanding and in tune with her students. She seriously creates magic! After only 5 lessons she was able to get my daughter to go under water. Something no other swim instructor has been able to do. My daughter has a sensory disorder and would previously get very upset even when water was splashed on her face. So this is a HUGE deal for us that she is confidently able to go under. I would recommend Aspen to anyone. The manager staff has also been super understanding of our daughter’s needs and always greet us with smiles.

I signed my kids up for safety reasons and I'm proud to say that after a few short weeks, they can swim freestyle (and backstroke) independently, graduating to level 5!
