We love our trainers, especially Hayden- my kids have progressed soooo well with him. We also love Henry- he is so great with our daughter and she's doing great under his guidance. Both Henry and Haydn are amazing!!!!
excellent instruction, patient and skilled teachers, safe and clean facility
The facility is clean with ample locker room space. The GM and the rest of the staff are always take time to talk to the kids and parents.
I really enjoy the atmosphere as well as the staff. Everybody is very helpful and very kind.
On another note, I noticed there’s only one handicap, shower stall, and when rinsing off the kids that stall always has a line waiting for it because the shower head has a hose attached to it making it “easier” to rinse the little kids off.
I think, adding a few more showerheads with a hose would be super helpful for the parents when rinsing off their kids. :)

Everyone at AquaTots Dearborn is so sweet and encouraging. My daughter loves all her swim instructors and has improved her swimming skills. They're great!
The instructors have been great with the girls, the front desk is very friendly and helpful and I’m especially happy that they do their best to accommodate any needs we may have
Friendly instructors and flexible scheduling
Very convenient and well run. The ease of scheduling/rescheduling classes makes it truly great.
They are very caring and listen to parents concerns. They will plan the lesson based on each child learning comfort level.
The coaches work well with the children. They have ways to get the child excited about swim. They give great feedback to help your child be a strong swimmer.
Communication is very clear. If a lesson is canceled they call you right away. I'm able to observe the lesson without being a distraction. Staff are all very respectful and polite. Thr environment is also very kid friendly

Vỉa hè đường đi từ bãi gửi xe vào trường bơi có 1 ống thoát nước to nên đường đi hay bị ướt. Hôm nào mưa thì đọng vũng và nước chảy tràn, trơn trượt, dễ ngã và ko vệ sinh.
Các con tiến bộ và vui vẻ sau mỗi buổi bơi nên bố mẹ rất hài lòng.
Very professional swim school. We feel
Safe bringing our son here. Catherine is the best of the best. Only thing I dislike is how the staff just lets kids run all over the place inside. The floor is wet and slippery I’m just super surprised they allow that due to liability of someone falling and getting hurt.
The classes are well-designed and the coaches/instructors are great. My daughter has been in Coach Joel's class for a few months, and he is fantastic! He's extremely patient, encourages her to work on new skills without her feeling scared or uncomfortable, and she genuinely looks forward to class with him every week.
The instructors there all are very nice, my little brother enjoyed every single day he goes there!
It's clean, very well run, the coaches are all consistently great with my daughter, I love the makeup classes and option to reschedule in the app, and overall I find it's a organization that is true to its values and really caters to kids needs. There are a lot of small touches that make a big difference.
I find the cost can be prohibitive and this is not something we can afford long term unfortunately. That is the main drawback for us.

All of the staff and instructors are happy and kind to everyone. This reflects the management and the type of people they hire. As long as it continues this way, my 2 boys will continue coming to Aqua-tots. We also appreciate the the teaching style and the importance given to safety and especially breathing techniques and not rushing to jump levels until all skills are truly learned.
El personal es estupendo, me encantan las instalaciones, hay estacionamiento disponible siempre y mi hija no sólo ha aprendido a nadar sino que disfruta las clases un montón!!!
